Rogue Properties desired a facade renovation to increase the visual appeal of their 50 year old property. Using high quality materials, the property has been given new life and features a new exterior architectural lighting design, giving this property dynamic energy. It was important to the client that we balance the needs of its long term tenants as well as providing a contemporary new face to remain competitive in the commercial real estate market.

Completed in the Spring of 2017, my responsibility was to see this project through the entire design phase. I was also asked to consult on behalf of the client and RSArchitects during the construction and completion of the project.
